UberRE: Uber for Real Estate
UberRE stands for Uber for Real Estate. Just as Uber made it simple to book a ride, UberRE makes it simple to book everything a property marketing campaign needs, track it, and receive it in one place.
We started UberRE after years of working with local independent agencies and national real estate brands, including the marketing teams at Colliers, JLL and CBRE. The same problems came up again and again: booking photographers, drone pilots, floor planners and videographers separately, chasing quotes, coordinating access to the property, and then hunting through emails for the right version of each file. A single campaign could involve several suppliers and dozens of messages.
What we set out to fix

Who we work with
UberRE works with sales agents, property managers, marketing coordinators, developers and commercial agencies, from independent offices to national brands. We cover Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle, with the same prices in every city and photos ready within 24 hours of the shoot. Our drone pilots are CASA certified, and UberRE holds a commercial licence for difficult projects and restricted sites.
More than real estate marketing
The same Matterport capture we use for 3D tours also supports builders, architects and developers. We produce BIM models for renovation and redevelopment planning, and capture buildings in stages for project teams using Procore.
