Professional real estate photography, booked in minutes
Most buyers see a property online before they ever walk through the door, so the photos are often the first inspection. UberRE photographers know how to show a home at its best: straight verticals, bright and balanced interiors, windows that show the view instead of a white glare, and a hero shot that makes people stop scrolling. Every shoot is edited by our team and delivered ready for realestate.com.au, Domain, print brochures, signboards and social media.
What's included in every shoot
Interior and exterior
Key living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and the front of the property, framed to show space, light and flow.
Professional editing
Colour, exposure and verticals corrected on every image, so the whole set looks consistent and true to the property.
Files for every channel
High-resolution files for print and web-sized files for portals and social media, ready within 24 hours.
From booking to listing in four steps
1. Book online
Choose photography and any extras, such as drone, twilight, floor plans, video or a 3D tour, in one order.
2. Prepare the property
Clear benchtops, turn on every light, open the blinds, move cars off the driveway and hide the bins. A tidy home photographs far better.
3. The shoot
Your photographer captures the interior and exterior, plus any aerial or twilight shots you've added.
4. Photos delivered
Edited photos are ready within 24 hours of the shoot, so the listing can go live while buyer interest is highest.
Day, twilight or retouched dusk?
A daytime shoot suits most listings and shows the home clearly. A real twilight shoot, from $120 + GST for the first shot and $60 + GST for each extra shot, captures the glow of interior and garden lighting against a dusk sky and is ideal for homes with pools, outdoor entertaining areas or architectural lighting. Twilight retouching, from $40 + GST per photo, turns a daytime exterior into a dusk image without a second visit, which suits tighter budgets.
Who we photograph for
UberRE works with sales agents, property managers, developers and commercial agencies across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle, from one-bedroom rentals to prestige homes and office buildings. The price is the same in every city we cover, so multi-office agencies get consistent quality and one supplier.
How does the photographer get access to the property?
We need either an onsite contact to let the photographer in, or a key left onsite. If you're leaving a key, include where it's kept and the lockbox code in your booking.
Can I order a floor plan and 3D tour at the same time?
Yes. Floor plans start from $100 + GST and 3D tours from $300 + GST, and can be added to the same booking.
Why consistent photography matters for agents
Every listing you put online is also an advertisement for you. When every campaign has the same bright, professional photography, vendors notice, and it becomes easier to win the next listing on the strength of the last. Using one supplier across all your listings and offices keeps that standard consistent.
