Retail and industrial
Shopfronts, warehouses, hardstand and access, photographed to show frontage, clearance and loading.

Photography that helps commercial assets lease and sell
Commercial buyers and tenants make decisions on different things from home buyers: floor area, fit-out, natural light, access, parking, transport and the surrounding businesses. UberRE has worked for many years with marketing coordinators at agencies including Colliers, JLL and CBRE, and we know what a leasing or sales campaign needs to show.
Property types we photograph
Office
Workspaces, boardrooms, breakout areas, reception and lobbies, photographed to show fit-out quality, light and capacity.
Retail
Shopfronts, street presence and interiors, showing exposure, foot traffic and the neighbouring tenancies.
Industrial and development
Warehouses, hardstand, loading areas and development sites, with aerials to show access and surrounding roads.
The full commercial package
Most commercial campaigns combine several services. Drone photography, from $180 + GST, and Aerial 360 panoramas, from $240 + GST, show location, access and neighbouring businesses. Matterport 3D tours, from $300 + GST, let tenants and investors walk through a space remotely, and the Matterport Pro3 can capture outdoor areas such as hardstand and car parks as well as interiors. Floor plans show the layout and areas clearly for leasing brochures.
Built for agency marketing teams
Commercial marketing coordinators juggle many campaigns at once. UberRE lets you book every service in one order, keeps quality consistent across offices and cities, and delivers photos within 24 hours of the shoot. We cover Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Wollongong, so a national agency can use one supplier for every state office.
Leasing and sales campaigns
For leasing, the photos need to help a tenant picture their business in the space, so we focus on light, layout, fit-out and amenities. For sales, investors want the asset, the location and the tenancy profile, so aerials and exterior shots carry more weight. Tell us the campaign goal when you book and we'll plan the shot list around it.
Can you shoot outside business hours?
Yes. Call us on 1300 823 773 to arrange a shoot outside business hours. Shooting when a space is empty often gives the cleanest result.
Do you work with national agencies?
Yes. We've worked with marketing teams at agencies including Colliers, JLL and CBRE, and we cover six cities across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Preparing a commercial property for the shoot
A little preparation makes a big difference. Clear desks and meeting tables, remove personal items and loose paperwork, turn on all the lights, open the blinds and make sure every area to be photographed can be accessed, including roof spaces, car parks and loading docks. For occupied buildings, let tenants know when the photographer is coming so the space looks its best. If you'd like specific features captured, such as end-of-trip facilities, signage or views, include them in the brief when you book.
